AllSermon

Terms of Service

Effective 13 August 2026

These terms apply when you use the AllSermon mobile app and this website. By using AllSermon you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your account

You need an account to use AllSermon. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for what happens under it. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement in your country — and at least 13 in any case.

2. Your content

Recordings, notes, transcripts, and photos you create in AllSermon are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, transmit it, and process it — including sending audio to our speech-to-text provider — so we can produce transcripts, summaries, and the other features you asked for. We do not use your content to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.

3. Recording responsibly

You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to record. Laws about recording other people differ from place to place, and many churches and speakers have their own rules. Sermons and worship material may also be protected by copyright. Get permission where it is needed, and only record where you have the right to.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Plans and limits

AllSermon offers a free tier with a limit on how many memos you can create. We may change the limits or introduce paid plans; if we do, we will make the terms of any paid plan clear before you are charged.

6. Transcription accuracy

Transcripts, summaries, and action points are produced automatically and will sometimes be wrong or incomplete. They are a study aid, not an authoritative record of what was said. Please do not rely on them where accuracy matters — check against the audio.

7. Availability

We work to keep AllSermon running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing something significant.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using AllSermon and delete your account at any time — see the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to act on.

9. Disclaimers and liability

AllSermon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost content or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — and if you are a consumer, you keep any statutory rights your local law gives you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above, and give notice in the app for significant changes. Continuing to use AllSermon after a change means you accept the new terms.
