Delete your account
Applies to the AllSermon app ยท com.grantxdev.allsermon
You can delete your AllSermon account and everything stored with it. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 โ In the app (immediate)
- Open AllSermon and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion happens straight away. Your account and its content are removed from our servers, and the app wipes its local copies from the device.
Option 2 โ By request
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account:
support@allsermon.app
Subject: Delete my account
Please send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can confirm it is you.
We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile — email address, display name, profile image, preferences.
- Every sermon recording you uploaded, including the audio files in private storage.
- All transcripts, summaries, notes, highlights, action points, and promises.
- Your push notification registration.
- On the device: recorded audio files, photo notes, and the entire local database.
What may be kept, and for how long
After deletion, residual copies can persist briefly in encrypted infrastructure backups and in service-provider logs until they rotate out in the normal course — typically within 30 days. We may also retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any information we are required by law to keep. None of it is used to rebuild your account.
Deletion is permanent. Recordings, transcripts, and notes cannot be recovered once deleted. If you want to keep anything, save it before you delete.
